How to make a Gin Bramble

Yet another classic drink that isn't time consuming to make which has a perfect balance of sweet and sour.

Ingredients

  • 45mL London Dry Gin (ie. Tanqueray Gin)
  • 15mL Creme de Mure (Chambord is a good alternative)
  • 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice & sugar syrup
  3. Shake & strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass
  4. Float the creme de mure on top
  5. Garnish with a blackberry or lemon twist
