Kiwi fruit are amazing in Autumn and given that they are in such an abundance I wanted to design a drink around this. The Stolen white rum has hints of Pepper and Vanilla whilst its ripe cantaloupe and grape notes are a perfect match to the apricot brandy and kiwi fruit. The fresh lemon juice and agave round out this flavoursome drink, perfect for a late afternoon. - Kurtis B


  • 45ml Stolen White Rum
  • 15ml Apricot Brandy
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Agave Syrup
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit


  1. Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  2. Shake & double strain over fresh ice into a old fashioned glass
  3. Garnish with a slice of kiwi
