This cocktail was first created back in the 1930's in California. Rum, lime & mint is such a refreshing combination!


  • 60mL White Rum
  • 15mL Peach Liqueur
  • 60mL Pineapple Juice
  • 45mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15mL Sugar Syrup (2:1)


  1. Lightly muddle the mint in a boston glass
  2. Add the remaining ingredients
  3. Shake and strain over crushed ice into a collins glass (or tiki mug!)
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint
