How to make a Painkiller

Most recipes suggest stirring but I like to give it a good shake to ensure the coconut cream is thoroughly mixed through.

Ingredients

  • 60mL Pusser's Rum
  • 120mL pineapple juice
  • 30mL cream of coconut
  • 30mL orange juice
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add the first four ingredients to a glass
  2. Stir thoroughly
  3. Sprinkle nutmeg on the top
  4. Garnish with orange, cherry and/or fresh pineapple
