Inspired from a cocktail recipe shared by the team from The Dead Rabbit bar in New York City. It’s an extremely complex drink with a real depth of flavour developed by the Dom Benedictine and Spiced Mandarin Syrup. Perfect cocktail to making as mandarin's are in season and extremely delicious.



  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake & strain into an old fashioned glass
  3. Garnish with a skewered mandarin piece
