How to make a Vesper Martini

Most recipe books refer to Kina Lillet being used in a Vesper but it isn’t made any more so it can be replaced with Lillet Blanc.


  • 90mL Gin
  • 30mL Vodka
  • 15mL Lillet Blanc
  • Twist of Lemon


  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
  2. Add the gin, vodka and Lillet Blanc
  3. Stir and strain into a chilled glass
  4. Add a twist of lemon.


Be wary…having 4 shots, this one can knock you about!
