French Martini
The French Martini was first created in the 1980s by New Year bartender Allen Katz (now the master distiller at New York Distilling Company). This an adapted recipe which calls for Chambord Black Raspberry liqueur in place of the original crème de cassis.
Chambord Royale
The Chambord Royale is a simple and tasty variation of a classic Kir Royale, substituting the sweet, rich Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur in place of creme de cassis.
Chambord Sidecar
A simple variation on the classic sidecar (which is a descendant of the Brandy Crusta). Chambord Black Raspberry liqueur can be used in place of the existing sweetener in many classic cocktails and the Sidecar is an excellent example of this.
