Adios Motherf***er (AMF) Cocktail Recipe
A simple variation on the Long Island Iced Tea. Substitute in blue curacao in place of the triple sec and voila - an electric blue, potent cocktail crudely named the Adios Motherf***er (or better known as the AMF).
Ingredients
- 22.5 mL Vodka 0.75 oz
- 22.5 mL Gin 0.75 oz
- 22.5 mL White Rum 0.75 oz
- 22.5 mL Blanco Tequila 0.75 oz
- 22.5 mL Blue Curacao 0.75 oz
- 22.5 mL Sour Mix 0.75 oz
- Dash of Lemon Lime Soda
Instructions
Sour Mix:
- 1 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Part Simple Syrup
Long Island Iced Tea:
- Combine all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker (except soda)
- Shake with ice
- Strain over fresh ice into a high ball glass
- Top with a dash of lemon lime soda
- Garnish with a slice of lime or lemon
