
After Supper Cocktail Recipe
The After Supper cocktail can be found in The Savoy Cocktail Book by Harry Craddock. It's an ideal cocktail to showcase a particular orange liqueur. I chose to utilise Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao for it's drier and spice-driven flavour profile, it works remarkably well in this simple, 3-ingredient cocktail.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Apricot Brandy Liqueur 1 oz
- 30 ml Dry Curacao 1 oz
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice 0.5 oz
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a twist of orange
