Alaska Cocktail Recipe
The Alaska was first mentioned in print in The Savoy Cocktail Book by Harry Craddock (published in the 1930s). A delicious, sweet yet complex and herbal variation on a classic martini.
Ingredients
- 45 mL Gin 1½ oz
- 15 mL Yellow Chartreuse ½ oz
- 1 Dash of Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Combine ingredients into your mixing glass
- Stir for 1½ minutes
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
