
Aperol Betty Spritz Recipe
An Italian summertime Spritz! A delicious alternative to the popular Aperol Spritz. The addition of ruby red grapefruit juice pairs perfectly with the Aperol and is the ideal poolside companion.

Ingredients
- 60 mL Aperol
- 120 mL Prosecco
- 30 mL Orange Juice
- 15 mL Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Instructions
- Measure the Aperol and juices into your stemless wine glass
- Fill the glass with ice
- Top with Prosecco and stir
- Garnish with ruby red grapefruit
