
Apple Whisky Highball
A blended Japanese whisky is paired with crisp granny smith apple juice for an easy drinking combo.
Equipment
Ingredients
- 60 ml Japanese blended whiskey (Daimyo-No Shinobu)
- 120 ml fresh apple juice (granny smith apples)
- 3 drops 20% saline solution (optional)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients
- Strain into a highball glass over ice
- Garnish with an apple fan
