Aventura Cocktail Recipe
The Aventura Cocktail is a creation of the Bevvy Cocktail Lab - a mix of Mezcal, Grand Marnier (Orange Liqueur) and Elderflower Liqueur. The addition of fresh muddled raspberries bring a some tart acidity to the smoky, citrusy cocktail.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Mezcal 1.5 oz
- 22.5 ml Grand Marnier 0.75 oz
- 7.5 ml Elderflower Liqueur 0.25 oz
- 22.5 ml Fresh Lime Juice 0.75 oz
- 7.5 ml Fresh Lemon Juice 0.25 oz
- 7.5 ml Simple Syrup 0.25 oz
- 6 Fresh Raspberries
Instructions
- Gently muddle the raspberries in your cocktail shaker
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with raspberries or a sprig of mint
