Averna Jim Jam Cocktail Recipe
The Averna Jim Jam is a citrusy cocktail featuring notes of apricot, brandy and subtle bitterness. The Averna is a herbal Italian liqueur that utilises numerous herbs, roots and citrus.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Averna 2 oz
- 30 mL Apricot Brandy 1 oz
- 30 mL Fresh Lemon Juice 1 oz
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass
