How to make an Aviation Gin Collins
A subtle change on the John Collins by swapping the London Dry Gin for Aviation American Gin that features lavender and citrus notes.
Ingredients
- 45 mL Aviation Gin
- 30 mL Lemon Juice
- 25 mL Sugar Syrup 1:1
- 60 mL Soda
Instructions
- Fill a hi-ball with ice
- Add the Aviation Gin, lemon juice & sugar syrup
- Top with a dash of soda
- Stir
- Garnish with a slice or twist of lemon
