Avion de Papel
A variation on the modern classic Paper Plane by Lily Dean from Old Kentucky Bourbon Bar, KY. The riff subs tequila in place of the original's bourbon and Meletti as the amaro.
Ingredients
- 22.5 ml Blanco Tequila
- 22.5 ml Amaro Meletti
- 22.5 ml Aperol
- 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake for 12-15 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
