
Bitter Giuseppe Cocktail Recipe
A modern classic cocktail created by Stephen Coles. It was first featured on the menu at The Violet Hour in Chicago.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Cynar
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth preferably Carpano Antica
- 7.5 ml Lemon Juice
- 6 dashes Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
- Stir for 20-30 seconds
- Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a twist of lemon
