How to make a Black Russian
The Black Russian is as simple as it gets. Ice and two ingredients. If you like it sweeter then simply increase the Kahlua ratio.Optionally, you can stir it in a mixing glass and pour over fresh ice but I like it's simplicity. If you do garnish, opt for a brandied cherry or a twist of lemon.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Vodka 2 oz
- 30 mL Kahlua 1 oz
Instructions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice
- Add the vodka and coffee liqueur
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry
