Bright, botanical, and quietly complex. This gin-based cocktail blends sweet vermouth and Cocchi Americano with small dashes of cherry and Italicus liqueurs for floral and fruity elegance. INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz (60 ml) dry gin
• ½ oz (15 ml) sweet vermouth, Cocchi di Torino
• ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Cocchi Americano
• 1 tsp (5 ml) Heering cherry liqueur
• 1 tsp (5 ml) Italicus liqueur
• 4 drops of STB chocolate bitters
  

METHOD

1. In a mixing glass, combine the ingredients
2. Stir until chilled
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
