Cable Car
The Cable Car is a simple variation on a classic Sidecar. Spiced rum is used in place of cognac and the drink is finished with a cinnamon sugar rim for some warming spice.Featured in Steve the Bartender's Cocktail Guide.
Ingredients
- 45 ml spiced rum
- 22.5 ml orange curacao
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- Cinnamon sugar rim
Instructions
- Rim a stemmed cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients
- Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds
- Double strain into the prepared glass
