The Calpi Colada is inspired by the Japanese ingredient Calpis which is a sweet and tangy yoghurt drink, produced by a natural process with lactobacilli, yeast and fermentation. It replaces the typical cream of coconut from a classic style colada drink.It's paired with Chiyomusubi rice vodka and butterfly pea infused Junmai Ginjo sake by Nawatoki which produces a beautiful blue hue.
- In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients
- Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
- Strain into a glass over pebble ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig
