Campari Shakerato
The Campari Shakerato is a 3 ingredient cocktail with the simplest of ingredients, yet together they create a satisfying and flavorful cocktail. The addition of 1:1 saline solution and 2 drops of orange water bring out a whole new side to the Campari.
Ingredients
- 75 ml Campari
- 2 dashes saline solution, 1:1 (Maldon salt)
- 2 drops orange flower water
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients
- Shake for 10-12 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
- Garnish with a twist of orange
