Cardboard Plane
The Cardboard Plane was created by Jason O'Bryan at The Lion's Share in San Diego. It's one of his favourite originals and it shares a few similarities to Sam Ross' Paper Plane, although this is a much juicer version. "Essentially a liquid love letter to citrus fruit, like a tart, whiskey-flavored Starburst." Jason stated.
Ingredients
- 30 ml bourbon whiskey
- 22.5 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml Amaro Meletti
- 22.5 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml grapefruit juice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients
- Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
- Strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist
