Chrysanthemum No. 2
The Chrysanthemum No. 2 is a variation of the original and is featured in Jamie Boudreau's The Canon Cocktail Book. A light, bright, low ABV, vermouth-driven cocktail. Experiment with different styles of vermouth to suit your tastes.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Dry Vermouth 2 oz
- 15 mL Dom Benedictine ½ oz
- 7.5 mL Fresh Lemon Juice ¼ oz
- Absinthe Rinse
Instructions
- Add the vermouth, Benedictine and lemon juice to your mixing glass
- Stir with ice until chilled
- Strain into an absinthe-rinsed, chilled, stemmed cocktail glass
- Optionally, garnish with a twist of lemon
