Claridge Cocktail Recipe
The Claridge cocktail was featured in both Barflies and Cocktails and Harry Craddock's The Savoy Cocktail Book.
It could be considered a distant variation on a classic martini - with the additions of apricot brandy and orange liqueurs. The drink's profile varies heavily on the choice of apricot brandy liqueur and orange liqueur. I opted for Pierre Ferrand's Dry Curacao which resulted in a drier cocktail with notes of sweet apricot.
