
Cocktail Culture
A creation of Jim Meehan that is featured in his book, Meehan's Bartender Manual. The Cocktail Culture was inspired by the yeasty, vanilla notes of a local potato vodka (from Woody Creek distillery) which was then paired with a creamy yoghurt. The lactic acid from the dairy is used to balance the sweetness.
Ingredients
- 52.5 ml Vodka (originally Woody Creek Vodka)
- 22.5 ml Honey Yoghurt (originally Noosa Honey Yoghurt)
- 15 ml Passionfruit Puree
- 7.5 ml Vanilla Syrup
- Bourbon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled coupe sprayed with bourbon vanilla extract
