Coffee & Cigarettes
The Coffee & Cigarettes cocktail was created by Thomas Waugh and featured in the Death & Co. cocktail book. This riff on a Manhattan / Rob Roy features an Islay Whisky which provides a rich smokiness that compliments the coffee & cacao notes.I highly recommend trying this one!
Ingredients
- 60 ml Islay Whisky (Caol Ila 12 yr)
- 15 ml Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- 1 barspoon Sweet Vermouth (Carpano Antica Formula)
- 2 dashes Xocolatl Mole Bitters (Bittermens)
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients into your mixing glass
- Stir with ice for 30-40 seconds
- Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
