Colletti Royale
Colletti Royale is a vibrant tequila and citrusy spritz by bartender Julie Reiner, co-owner of the well known cocktail bars Clover Club and Leyenda in New York City.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Reposado Tequila
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 15 ml Blood Orange Juice
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 90 ml Rosé Champagne
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) to your cocktail shaker
- Shake briefly to combine the ingredients
- Strain into an ice-filled wine glass
- Top with Champagne
- Garnish with a slice of blood orange
