Cynar Negroni Cocktail Recipe
A simple variation on the classic Negroni - substituting the usual bitter component, Campari, with another Italian amaro, Cynar.
Cynar is a bittersweet, herbal liqueur made with 13 botanicals - one of the prominent being artichoke.
Ingredients
- 30 mL Gin
- 30 mL Cynar pronounced Chee-nar
- 30 mL Sweet Vermouth
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your double old fashioned glass
- Stir with ice for approx. 30 seconds
- Garnish with a twist of orange
