Debbie, Don't
The Debbie, Don't was created by Zachary Gelnaw-Rubin for Sasha whilst working at Dutch Kills and n amed after the ghost that haunts the bathrooms at Dutch Kills. Sasha stated that it was the best drink Zachary had ever made. As featured in Sasha Petraske's Regarding Cocktails (buy a copy here).
Ingredients
- 30 ml Reposado Tequila
- 30 ml Averna Amaro
- 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled coupe
