
DIY White Creme de Cacao (Chocolate Liqueur)
A crucial ingredient for many old school cocktails such as the Grasshopper.You can find a DIY Brown Creme de Cacao here.
Ingredients
- 500 ml Vodka 17 oz
- 150 g Cacao Butter 5 oz
- 300 ml Simple Syrup 10 oz
Instructions
- Steep the cacao butter in your vodka for 2 weeks
- Fine strain after resting (coffee filter optional)
- Add simple syrup to sweeten
- Bottle and store in the fridge
