
How to make a Dragonfruit Jasmine
The ‘Dragonfruit Jasmine’ takes the base of Le Gin 1&9 with its semi sweet, perfumed scent of orange citrus peel and Dolin Chamberyzette Aperitif (a dry vermouth infused with alpine strawberries) and fresh lemon juice is used to enhance the citrus notes found in both. The cocktail is then sweetened with a house-made Jasmine Tea & Dragon fruit syrup. The drink hits its final mark with the addition of Orange bitters which brings this dry, fruity, session-able drink to its final destination. One for the books. - Kurtis B
Ingredients
- 45 ml Le Gin 1&9
- 15 ml Dolin Chamberyzette
- 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 30 ml Jasmine Tea & Dragonfruit Syrup
- 2 Dash of Orange Bitters
- Dash of Egg Whites
Instructions
- Dry shake the egg white
- Add the remaining ingredients to cocktail shaker
- Shake & strain into a chilled stem glass
