Dublin Mistrel Cocktail Recipe
The Dublin Minstrel is a simple riff on the well-renowned prohibition-era cocktail, the Last Word. Substituting the Last Word's gin component for Irish Whiskey, creating a light and fruity yet herbaceous variation.
Ingredients
- 30 mL Irish Whiskey
- 22.5 mL Green Chartreuse
- 22.5 mL Maraschino Liqueur
- 22.5 mL Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a lime twist (optional)
