Earl Grey MarTEAni

The Earl Grey MarTEAni is a simple and unique variation on a classic gin sour. Originally created in the early 2000s by Audrey Saunders of New York's well respected Pegu Club. The Earl Grey tea adds notes of bergamot and soft tannins that compliment the dry gin's botanicals. Audrey prefers to use Tanqueray.
The Early Grey component is a simple infusion of tea and gin.

So far I have made this with Half Hitch Earl Grey gin, which is nigh impossible to get in Australia. It’s so good I’m going to be taking the time to infuse my own gin, this is the perfect cocktail
