Enzoni Cocktail Recipe

The Enzoni cocktail is a cross between a Negroni and a Gin Sour where the Sweet Vermouth comes in the form of muddled green grapes. An ideal drink to introduce a novice to Campari!
First created by Vincenzo Errico whilst tending bar at Milk & Honey, NYC. Vincenzo was trained by the legendary Dick Bradsell (creator of the Espresso Martini).

Recent subscriber to your channel. Saw the Enzoni recipe, and being a fan of the Negroni I had to try this. Just made it tonight and it’s a new favorite – a great summer alternative to the Negroni. Thank you Steve!

One of my top 5 drinks!!!
Works great with grapefruit as well, if you like the extra bitter kick 🙂

Fabulous. I wonder whether you could make a similar drink with Limonata instead of lemon juice and simple syrup.

Surprised about the low rating. Campari is polarizing I guess. This became my favorite cocktail after I learned it from Steve!

I switched out the grape muddle, syrup, and lemon juice for 2 oz of verjus blanc, which works really well and adds a little tartness.
