The Fall Enzoni is a reconstruction of the modern classic Enzoni recipe by Vincenzo Ericco (former bartender at Milk & Honey, NYC). The rye whiskey brings a bit of spice and depth to the original - almost amplifying the complex bitters notes of the Campari.
Leandro from The Educated Barfly credits his former mentor Brent Falco of Coles bar for it's creation.

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
  • Shake with ice
  • Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
  • Garnish with a skewered orange peel rose and several grapes
