
Fall Enzoni
The Fall Enzoni is a reconstruction of the modern classic Enzoni recipe by Vincenzo Ericco (former bartender at Milk & Honey, NYC). The rye whiskey brings a bit of spice and depth to the original - almost amplifying the complex bitters notes of the Campari.Leandro from The Educated Barfly credits his former mentor Brent Falco of Coles bar for it's creation.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Rye Whiskey
- 30 ml Campari
- 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
- 22.5 ml Simple Syrup
- 3-4 Red Grapes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a skewered orange peel rose and several grapes
