
Fay Wray
The Fay Wray is a creation of Matthew Belanger from Donna in Brooklyn, New York. A tropical, fruity and fun tiki style drink featuring a split base of rum and cognac with flavours of overripe banana and bright citrus.
Ingredients
- 22.5 ml Lightly Aged Rum
- 22.5 ml Cognac
- 22.5 ml Banana Liqueur
- 7.5 ml Rhum Agricole
- 22.5 ml Lime Juice
- 7.5 ml Demerara Syrup, 2:1
- 1 small lime wedge
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients
- Add pebble ice and whip shake
- Pour into an old fashioned glasss
- Top with pebble ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a dried slice of banana
