Florodora Cocktail Recipe
The Florodora originated at the Waldorf-Astoria. The classic cocktail pays homage to the Florodora musical from New York's Casino Theatre.
This gin-based cocktail is a refreshing, tart and citrusy mix with a touch of spicy ginger.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Gin 2 oz
- 22.5 mL Fresh Lime Juice ¾ oz
- 15 mL Raspberry Syrup ½ oz
- 15 mL Ginger Syrup ½ oz
- Dash of Soda Seltzer Water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the soda in your cocktail shaker
- Briefly shake with ice
- Strain over fresh ice into a high ball glass
- Top with soda
- Garnish with an orange wheel, lime wheel and/or raspberry
