Fortune Cocktail Recipe
The Fortune Cocktail was inspired by the Serendipity, a cocktail from the Hemingway Bar within the Ritz, Paris.
Also featured in the (highly recommended) A Spot at the Bar book from the team at the Everleigh, Melbourne.
Ingredients
- 30 mL Apple Brandy 1 oz
- 15 mL Fresh Lemon Juice ½ oz
- 15 mL Simple Syrup ½ oz
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- Sparkling Wine
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Top with a dash of sparkling
- Garnish with a sprig of mint
