French Pearl Cocktail Recipe
The French Pearl was created by Audrey Saunders in 2006 at the Pegu Club in NYC. This drink was created as a tribute to the 1800s French architectural style apparent in the late 1800's. During this era, it was fashionable to be sipping the anise-flavoured liquer, Pastis.
- 60 mL Gin 2 oz
- 7.5 mL Pastis 0.5 oz
- 22.5 mL Fresh Lime Juice 0.75 oz
- 22.5 mL Simple Syrup 0.75 oz
- 4-5 Mint Leaves
