
Pearl of Puebla
The Pearl of Puebla cocktail recipe is a Mexican rendition on Audrey Saunder's French Pearl. Substituting mezcal in place of gin. A complex cocktail with smoky, honeyed citrus and plenty of herbal notes.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Mezcal 2 oz
- 22.5 mL Yellow Chartreuse ¾ oz
- 22.5 mL Fresh Lime Juice ¾ oz
- 1 Barspoon of Pastis or Absinthe
- 1 Barspoon of Agave
- 4 Oregano Sprigs
Instructions
- Gently muddle the oregano with the fresh lime juice
- Add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice for 12-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
