Garibaldi

This drink was named after Giuseppe Garibaldi, a crucial figure in the unification of Italy.
The key to making a great Garibladi is aeration. Using the right technique will result in a fluffy, textural drink.. Most recipes call for 45ml of Campari to 120ml of fresh orange juice but I say what the hell, bump up the Campari a touch!
