Gentian Grapefruit Spritz
A simple rendition of a spritz! A great flavour combination - woody, earth notes from the gentian amaro, slight bitterness from the grapefruit and a touch of sweetness from Prosecco. Easy drinking!
Ingredients
- 45 ml Gentian Amaro preferably Lo-Fo Gentian Amaro
- 15 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 60 ml Sparkling Wine recommend Prosecco
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit
