
How to make a Gin Bramble
Yet another classic drink that isn't time consuming to make which has a perfect balance of sweet and sour.
Ingredients
- 45 mL London Dry Gin ie. Tanqueray Gin
- 15 mL Creme de Mure Chambord is a good alternative
- 30 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 mL Sugar Syrup 1:1
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the gin, lemon juice & sugar syrup
- Shake & strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass
- Float the creme de mure on top
- Garnish with a blackberry or lemon twist
