How to make a Gin Bramble

Yet another classic drink that isn't time consuming to make which has a perfect balance of sweet and sour.

  • 45 mL London Dry Gin ie. Tanqueray Gin
  • 15 mL Creme de Mure Chambord is a good alternative
  • 30 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15 mL Sugar Syrup 1:1


  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add the gin, lemon juice & sugar syrup
  • Shake & strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass
  • Float the creme de mure on top
  • Garnish with a blackberry or lemon twist

      It depends where you are located. In Australia? It’s so cheap and easy to make your own sugar syrup though…
