Gin Old Fashioned
The key to a great Gin Old Fashioned is maturation which involves either the gin or the cocktail spending some time in an oak barrel. A short period on oak softens the gin and adds notes of oak and subtle vanilla.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Barrel Aged Gin
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Bitters
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients into your old fashioned glass
- Gently place a large cube into your glass
- Stir for 20 seconds to chill
- Garnish with a twist of orange
