Green Ghost Cocktail Recipe
The Green Ghost was featured in the Cafe Royal Cocktail Book from 1937. It closely resembles that of a Last Word although the proportions are slightly altered and the maraschino left out. It's heavier on the gin leaving the herbal Green Chartreuse to sing in the background whilst vibrant and acidic lime juice brings it altogether.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin 2 oz
- 15 ml Green Chartreuse 0.5 oz
- 15 ml Lime Juice 0.5 oz
Instructions
- Combine the 3 ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass
