Honey, a Negroni?
An original of Stephane Foisy. After realising he missed Bees Knees week this year, he drew inspiration from his local distillery's honey liqueur (Last Straw Distillery). He admits it is isn't a a Bees Knees or even a riff on one but a riff on a classic Negroni, swapping the sweet vermouth for a honey 🍯 liqueur.Depending on how sweet the liqueur you select and your taste preference, the amount can be tweaked. Drambuie and Irish Mist both work very well whilst adding a malty whisk(e)y edge. 😋 A citrus-y or floral style gin will both work well - play with it and make it your own.
