
Honey Bee Cocktail Recipe
The Honey Bee is a cousin of the Bees Knees (calls for gin) and a Honey Suckle (calls for white rum). This variation features a full flavoured Dark Jamaican Rum. The intensity of the rum dominates and is accompanied by subtle hints of sweet honey.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Jamaican dark rum 2 oz
- 22.5 ml Honey syrup 0.75 oz
- 15 ml Lemon Juice 0.5 oz
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a twist of lemon
