The John Collins is a super easy long drink that requires minimal equipment - a drinking vessel and a bar spoon for mixing. Ingredients 45mL London Dry Gin 30mL Lemon Juice 15mL Sugar Syrup 60mL SodaInstructions Fill a hi-ball glass with ice Add gin, lemon juice & sugar syrup Top with a dash of soda Stir Garnish with a slice or twist of lemonNotesThere is much debate in relation to the original spirit used for a collins but I suggest using the following spirits: London Dry Gin for a John Collins and Old Tom Gin for a Tom Collins.6.4.18Find more cocktail recipes at StevetheBartender.com.au Gin 0 Comments By Steve the BartenderSteve the BartenderDon't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel!
