Jack and Coke Old Fashioned
Leandro, also known as The Educated Barfly on YouTube, created this original to see how far he could push the concept of the old fashioned. A riff on the old fashioned that is on the sweeter side but you should find balance and the nuanced flavours of menthol and richness from the PX sherry.
Ingredients
- 45 mL Jack Daniels Whiskey
- 7.5 mL Pedro Ximénez Sherry
- 7.5 mL Fernet Branca
- 15 mL Mexican Cola Reduction
- Orange Twist
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in an old fashioned glass
- Stir with ice for 20-30 seconds
- Garnish with an orange twist
